Jelena Zahirovic-Arnautovic, D.O., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Arnautovic is a Board Certified Cardiologist. She earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree at Madonna University and her medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic
Medicine affiliated Internal Medicine Residency at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital and Cardiovascular Fellowship at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital.
She went on to complete an Interventional Cardiology fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. She is board certified in cardiovascular disease, internal medicine, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and registered physician in vascular interpretation. Dr. Arnautovic specializes in coronary and peripheral vascular interventions. Her clinical interests are in cardiac critical care, advancing quality improvement initiatives, and medical education. Dr. Arnautovic provides patients with holistic, compassionate and individualized cardiovascular care. She is an advocate for preventative medicine, patient empowerment, and a focus on healthy living.
Her non-clinical career focus is on education and advocacy. She is on the adjunct clinical faculty at MSU- College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a mentor of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Intervention-Women in Innovation. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling around the world.
