In light of the accelerated spread of Coronavirus in Michigan, we are saddened to announce that we are cancelling this health talk. Your health and safety is important to us and we need to do our part to prevent further spread.

Let’s all do our part in minimizing the spread so we can get our dance life back on track! Tips:
• Keep your distance from other people.
• Wash your hands frequently with soap and water.
• Avoid touching your face as this increases chances of catching any virus.
• Only use paper tissues once.
• Cough/sneeze into your sleeve.


Boost your immune system by:
• Getting enough sleep.
• Making sure you eat healthily.
• Getting plenty of exercise.
• Wearing suitable clothing for the weather.

If you are suffering from fever, coughing, breathing difficulties, muscular pain, headache, diarrhea or other typical flu-like symptoms (fatigue, phlegm/sputum), please contact your family doctor/primary care physician.
